[2015 Six Nations] Italy vs Wales (Round 5)

Going from bad to worse for Wales. I always predict the opposite of what happens. Thought Wales were going to run away with this.
Wales aren't that good I'm still surprised Ireland contrived to loose against them.

They are really going struggle in the world cup I just can't see Aus and Eng loosing to them.

If you read walesonline they were being bigged up to win the World Cup after beating Ireland last week. I think Wales won last week fair and square, but people were getting ahead of themselves.

Lol the hate going on in this thread is laughable! Quoting the WalesOnline like its the bible for Wales fans is plain stupid.

Bring back Barnes from last week, would do a better job than Pollock this week.

Castrogiovanni is killing to Rob Evans at the scrum

Illegally all the same.

Absolutely! To be fair the Welsh are short in the front row through injuries and stupidity!

However, they are also blighted in the 10, 12 and 13 positions which leaves the wingers with no ball to use other than in broken play and that, together with lack of depth, all contributes to making their RWC winning chances rather slim but they will be a match for MOST other teams in any one off game!!

Apologies, but yes you're right. Its the whole team who did it though so it makes me think they're very much coached to do so..

I agree but then that is professional sport and Gatland is no different to all the other coaches in seeking a "professional" advantage!!

Italy probably gathered a lot of motivation from being completely disregarded this week. Everyone has been talking about how many points in double digits Wales will beat them by and never gave them the respect of having a chance.

Injuries should never be an excuse. You could say that about England for the whole tournament. You play with what you've got and make the most of it.

Hence my lack of depth comment?!!

That shows what their wingers can do given the ball!!!

The more I see Liam Williams the more I'm seeing him be less a gimp and more a class act player

Never doubted his talent, attitude or bravery.....it was his discipline that let him down initially in International matches!
