Well I guessed but my worry is that his 1st game could cost us. Kicking seems well but passing looks very rusty. Even successful 1s seemed very dodgy. We need him to get that hit and just settled back. Hopefully that helps there

Our scrum seems ok. Like a lot of l media thought we'd be killed. We seem to be able for them physically. Sexton is kicking superbly early on.

Why? They're heavy but it's not like they have any great scrummaging pedigree. I was feeling this might be a battle we'll edge.

I 100% agree. Just as I said most media said they'd have us in scrum. I didn't see it myself as they're not a great French side compared to previous teams. And we are a better team now than before.

I thought that the tackler was ok doing that and did not have to come though the gate? Certainly I have heard that mentioned many times on commentary......"he is alright he is the tackler"

The French one, before, a ruck had formed. You can only stand up and go for the ball if there's no ruck, but there was an irish and french guy at the breakdown when he stood up to go for it.
