You shouldn't call people out for it when, if you go forward a year or alternatively backwards a year to Ireland at Twickenham, you'll find exactly the same thing!
Besides, you're surely aware that crowds can and do influence referees, right?

It's far too much 10 minutes into a game though, you'd swear England have been reffed out of it already whereas the score is a completely fair reflection of the game.
