What'd you think of Cheikas selections Sanzar and what areas you want to address?
It's a tricky one to be honest. The biggest thing for me was the collisions. Last week our forwards were always bending or breaking the gain line, which covered up how poor we were in the halves, but this week the ABs defense was significantly more intense; their line speed was immense and our halves never got a chance to get into the game.
That said, I didn't think they were that bad. In fact Cooper was better than I thought (apart from the high balls).
In terms of changes, I think Pocock needs to start and Hooper should come off the bench. Paul was also pretty underwhelming. Not sure who is the solution there, but I lean against starting both Pocock and Hooper all the same just because of the line out.
In terms of the back line, I think Giteau is our 10 and Beale may be worn a shot at 12. He was genuinely impressive in his time off the bench, most surprisingly in defense.
