I would say it is criminal.

Nigel Owens is letting the tackler compete for the ball without releasing the tackled player in this game. I fell the French have come off worse on that interpretation so far. Battle of the breakdown has been HUGE.

I'll agree that it's an unfair criticism, but he absolutely isn't a great player.
