Total amateur hour.
Canada is having a shocker today.
The missing tee, WTF was that....and another missed penalty. Du Toit is really missing guys with passes as well. Wilson Ross has been fairly energetic tonight as one of the few bright spots.
I've been impressed with Wilson-Ross. Du Toit, on the other hand, isn't ready for this level.
Flagg has been good since he came on.
Scholz has had a fairly good game, IMO>
Watching Canada right now reminds me of watching the Eagles this year. Missed passes, dropped balls, missed scoring opportunities, inconsistent at set piece. Du Toit had a decent start but ever since he botched that high ball in the first half he hasn't been the same, seems to have lost any confidence he may have had.
Intersting tweet I saw from a Canadian fans breaking down FH depth chart.
Jeff Hull @HullatHome 20m
@ThisIsAmerRugby @risingaction Canada is WAY down their depth chart at a number of positions. Wonder where offence could come from? #ARC2013
Patrick Johnston @risingaction 18m
@HullatHome @ThisIsAmerRugby by my count, du toit would be Canada's 6th choice fly halfJeff Hull @HullatHome 12m
Jeff Hull @HullatHome 13m
@risingaction 1) Evans 2) Jones 3) Underwood 4) Hirayama 5) Braid 6) Hearn 7) McCann 8) Fitzpatrick 9) G. Reese.... #WhoWantsTheShirt?
Patrick Johnston @risingaction 12m
Patrick Johnston @risingaction 13m
@HullatHome 10 hull
Hull's depth chart is a little weird, Evans hasn't been run out at FH for Canada in a while. McCann is not playing there that much anymore in France. I've never seen Hearn play at 10 and he misspelled G. Rees in his joke at the end. Johnston is a good source for info from BC and his blog at the province is quality, his player ratings are generally on target knows quite a bit about the BC scene.
Trainor has had a lot better 2nd half.
And that's the knife in the heart...wow full credit to the States full money for their big win tonight.
