The most boring International “competition” is upon us once again. No Valetini, Skelton, Wright and at Eden Park against a fired-up ABs?. New Zealand by 25 points. There’s just nothing in the Bledisloe for a neutral - the format is crap, the result is always the same and, especially in NZ, there’s hardly ever a close game. 6 o’ clock kick-off on Saturday morning - no thanks.

NZ definitely getting the rub of the green with the referee at the start of the second half. Two penalties called which should have went to Australia

Wallabies did ok with no Skelton, Valentini, Wright and a ref who didnt give them anything.

Just retire the Bledisloe Cup at this point. Even most Kiwi fans are bored of winning it now and the only reason the players still care is because it soothes their over-inflated egos. If the ABs actually had some guts they would play both Bledisloe games away - make it a challenge. One team winning a two team competition 23 years in a row is embarrassing and so dull. It should go to a one-off game every year to make it relevant again. Next week we’ve got yet another worthless test match.

In the two big Eden Park test matches this year World's Rugby have appointed two inexperienced referees. The Boks were right back in the game in the last 20 minutes and they they get an absolute BS yellow card - then today the Wallabies’ 3rd try was scored despite an ABs player clearly collapsing the maul before it went over the line - Piardi absolutely bottled a clear as day PT and bin which would have meant the Wallabies had a 2 point deficit with 10 minutes to go and an extra man. Then 5 minutes later the Aussie winger gets binned for an offence that wasn’t clear cut - it was a penalty at absolute most. The favouritism towards the All Blacks at Eden Park from referees is an absolute disgrace.

Boks deserved to lose and Piradi was fine.

dont know who youve been talking too but everyone i talk too still loves it , think we could re gig the format as two games makes it almost impossible to win, Aussie have made huge stride this year, with any luck it will get closer and closer over the next couple of years

i think we got the rub of the green a little, for a 20min period, jodies tackle should have been a penalty and there rucks almost back to back where we got a penalty for them holding on and then we got one for them not releasing....and they looked identical....but the aussie commentators were pretty hard to listen too....moaning about not getting calls when their was a graphic on screen showing the last 5-6 penalties had been against the AB's

“only reason the players still care is because it soothes their over-inflated egos.” spoken like a loser

I’m a loser because I’ve got an opinion you don’t like - how embarrassing. The way that NZ make out that winning the Bledisloe is this heroic feat every year is cringeworthy. This Wallabies team is the best for a while, but it would still take some doing for the ABs to lose the Bledisloe in a two game, home and away format. The whole build-up to the BC every year just feels forced - people try and create a jeopardy that just isn’t there. It’s just my opinion, but of all the Rugby Championship fixtures every year, the Bledisloe is the one that I find least interesting. You’ve beaten the Wallabies on the last 10 occasions you’ve played them. Yes, individual games are closer now, but the result is always still the same.

Having said that, I actually think the Aussies will win comfortably in Perth this week, they need it far more than the All Blacks - a record losing streak against this era of ABs would be pretty embarrassing. Talk of a Wallaby resurgence would be seriously undermined if they can’t beat this NZ side at home IMO.

I agree and think either WBs will win or come very close. They were incredibly close first test.
Saying the players have over inflated egos just shows what a sore loser u are. ABs don’t have over inflated egos they’re just sportsmen who give their all. Another good reason why u never succeeded in any level of rugby. All talk and no substance

We’ll just have to agree to disagree on this one. I am allowed to express an opinion, it is a forum after all. Just because I never played rugby at a high level doesn’t mean I’m not allowed an opinion.

And I’m expressing my opinion
