Couldn't resist joining the party. luls

My main worry with Snorlax is that he wouldn't be able to keep up in a blitz defense.

Alakazam would be killer in the backline. Imagine the wrap arounds he could do. *pass* *teleport* *pass* *teleport*...

Holy s*** yeah. And don't you think Ditto would be an awesome player to have on the bench? Means you don't have to worry too much about who might get injured, because Ditto could replace any one of them.

Just sayin

Considering the whole XVs thread debacle last year, it is understandable that those posts are floating around here.
General rugby or off topic would probably be more appropriate.

Maybe you could lighten up?

Just sayin'.

Aaron Sandilands in the second row, Nick Riewoldt on the openside. Gareth Bale at standoff.

Then there's the likes of Lebron and Adrian Peterson.

Sorry for starting this tangent. Anyone got anything actually Lions related.

I do. Daily Mail are saying that Gatland is suggesting that a third of the places for the Lions tour are still up for grabs and that Gatland will be at 5 games this week:
Gloucester v Biarritz, Wasps v Leinster, Bath v Stade Francais, Saracens v Ulster and Harlequins v Munster. He only misses one B&I team in action - Leicester.

At Gloucester v Biarritz, he isn't going to have many potential Lions to watch though. JSD, Hamilton and Morgan are out injured. 12T is being rested and is on the bench. The only two that you'd think he'd have an eye on are Freddie Burns and Jonny May. Maybe a curious glance at Sharples.

Can hardly fault him for not putting the leg work in eh?

You're forgetting Ian Balshaw and Aled Brew. I don't think Maguns Lund is on the radar tbh.

Yes there is a good reason to forget both of them.......Remember when Lund was the up and coming thing in the dark Robinson days along with: Chris Jones, Gaskill, Tom Rees, Van Gisburg, Voyce, Cipriani, Allen, Lamb and who could forget Henry 20 minutes Paul

and Perry Freshwater, Tim Payne, Ollie Barcley, Hape, Ricky Flutey, Shaun Perry, Andy Goode, Louis Deacon, Steve Borthwick (capt) bet you could make a Lions squad out of all the dire players England have capped since 2003. Wouldnt win sod all but you could get at least 36 players.
