There's only been 7 World Cups, with 4 different winners. What are you even trying to get at here? Aussie won both of theirs out of Australia, SA won one in South Africa and the one in France, England won in Australia, and New Zealand have won both in New Zealand.

France have lost in 3 finals...

New Zealand with rugby and Brazil with football are widely regarded as the best national teams ever but NZ only managed to win on home soil while Brazil never managed to do so.

Why all the full stops. Commas are an acceptable method of written pause. Try one of those instead of three or more of the other.
