What are you listening to?

That takes me back... Pretty much all young Draggs listened to.
Now my music is much less Viking, which does make me sad. Every music should have Vikings.

It was fine when the lady was singing, as soon as the growling started it was off

Ah, I'll listen to this later...if I'm having problems sleeping :p

Seriously though, does anyone other than the Welsh like Stereophonics? I'm not sure I've ever met a Welsh person that doesn't like them, or a non-Welsh person that does.
They're so painfully dull/boring. They're beige paint personified.

Yeah I never liked e growling ones. Ensiferum were the best, not screeching or anything.

My tastes went a great deal more relaxed since then. Mostly stuff like Dutch Uncles, Field Music, Wild Beasts. British Sea Power is the closest I get to rock.

Pete and the Pirates, how could I forget?!

Love this so much at the moment, his wordplay/lyrics/whatever are outstanding.

That's class. I have to see that Struggle was one of the strangest songs I have ever heard. I was listening to it and out of nowhere he goes "My name is Johnny Depp and I kill people". I'd thrown a few of his songs onto my ipod after listening to introdiction and was in work when I shat myself laughing in a reasonably quiet and boring office at that bit.
No harm done though, because I'm way down the list of people to be fired, the new people that started working last week are thick as two planks, and can't even open post correctly.

I'm not a huge Phonics fan, but do enjoy a few of their tracks, A Thousand Trees being my favourite.

Feeder - Just a Day.

Nostalgia

Man, I listened to Echo Park over and over as a teenager. Don't listen to them much any more though.

As for me, another band I listened to a lot in my younger days that I still enjoy:

I've always been a Manics fan over a Phonics for that reason, like the Phonics but the Manics have always provided different types of sounds through the years. Generation Terrorists for example is in my Top 10 Albums list.

The Manics have so many great songs, it's ridiculous. They still aren't anywhere close to being one of my favourite bands, but I respect them for their quality.

Going classical. Listening to this at full volume through earphones is something that needs to be done

You know your classics, any other classic composer that you appreciate?

I can't remeber who it was but a singer at Judgement Day sang it, was brilliant.

Not specific ones, like a variety of pieces. Jupiter, Zorbas Dance, Los Toereadors are among my fave pieces

R.E.M, another band with quite a number of great tracks. Big fan.
