Welsh squad under Gatland

Regan Grace. Such a shame he got injured after deciding to switch to union. I would have backed him to make the WC squad if he'd been fit all season. He's such a talent!
I think there was at least some hope he'd make it back before the end of the season so fingers crossed he does as it'll be interesting to see how he copes with the switch. Could be a bolter for the WC if he impresses but is probably unlikely.

Could replace Dyer if he gets fit, that kid is not ready for international rugby IMO, not ready does not mean he's not good enough. He just needs another season or 2.

Maybe, I've been pretty happy with him on the whole. He's raw and has made mistakes but he's done some good things as well. Don't think he looks out of place at this level. Personally as I'm a biased ospreys fine, I preferred Keelan Giles over him anyway but I'd persevere with Dyer at the minute.

I also think Dyer has taken a bit more stick that deserved when failing to sxore just before half time v Scotland. As James Hook said on Scrum V, there waa absolutely no need for Biggar to throw some fancy round the back pass when a simple take and give would have been suffice. That was a simple 2 on 1 that didn't need anything fancy.

Whilst Dyer probably should have taken the pass anyway, I think it caught him a little by surprise, which I understand because it looked to all money that Biggar had been tackled there and Dyer was changing direction to go help clear-out.

While I doubt the England game will be called off I wouldn't blame them if some players went on strike. It's a joke and the WRU isn't fit for purpose.

It would be a huge statement if they did. Don't get much bigger fixtures.

I dont think it will happen but if Wales wanted to screw over the WRU then a home game vs England in the 6N is the way to go.

Remember England threatening strike action back in the 00s over image rights. Everyone assumed they wouldn't carry it out but reading a few autobiographies the players were absolutely prepared to do it and I think the Welsh lads should be prepared to do it too.

Liam Williams and Baldwin out. Parry called up.

For some mental reason Tshiunza has been sent back even though he's fit as well. If true that is absolutely mental and Gatland can **** off as far as I'm concerned. Bring back Pivac. Lol.

I'm actually super ****** off with Gatland to the point where I just kinda hope we get smashed by not only Fiji in the opening game but Georgia as well.

Actually, I should rephrase, I'm more angry at the incompetent WRU but the only thing that will get through to them is a disastrous WC group stage exit. We need a complete reset without Gatland.

I'd love to know his reasoning behind sending a fit Tshiunza back. If he thinks he's **** (even though he's been a rare prositive for us in the games he's played) then fair enough I guess though I'd disagree obviously but then I better not see him in the WC squad if that is the case.

Hes done, I was underwhelmed when we appointed him but now I'm positively gutted we have him. Hope we do get humiliated by France. Joke.

To be fair there's probably a good reason for it such as injury. I see no point why he'd be dropped normally. That said, I don't think he's been that impressive for us. He seems young and raw, not international standard yet for me. But close.

But yeah bit worrying when we get so apathetic about losing. I felt the same with the Italy game. My gf is Italian though and they're so likeable anyway currently as a team. But against France in the pub I'll be back supporting us proper I guess. Need the unity to come back.

He's not injured. Word is it's some BS about his Exeter commitments.

I agree he's not been pulling up trees but he's been decent imo. Certaily good enough to persevere with and when you consider Beard has played every second of every game the logic falls apart. Then add in Wyn Jones and a few others and it's beggars belief we're not having him in match day squads. All the talk from Gatland was needing a big 6 to breakthrough and while I was discouraged at the time we weren't looking at him as a lock I was happy at least he was going to be given a run of games at 6

As I say, he better not be in the WC squad then as sending him back would've been such a massive own goal making him miss out on that experience and the opportunity for him to learn against the 2nd best team in the world on their own patch the same country we're playing a WC in later this year. Mental.

Has he been great? No, but he's been far from our worse player either.

For me the way Pivac and Gatland have seriously mismanaged Jarrod Evans, Ioan Lloyd and now Tshiunza is super, super frustrating.

Maybe he thinks it's in his best interests to not get mullered by the French pack.
