Warm Up Match 5: Maori All Blacks v British & Irish Lions (Rotorua)

And nope...already kicks too far that aren't being challenged.

Don't understand kicking away advantage like that. Free play, use it!

Lovely start from the Lions. Recovered when they went backwards. No mistakes so far...

Understand the kick from Murray, it was just crap though.

What has a Joesph done really despite playing more.

Aye, give Davies a chance. Not a great pass there, and that's certainly his weakness which isn't great, but he was great in a very attacking Scarlets side in the Pro-12 run-in, so shows he can fit an attacking gameplan.

Kerr Barlow knocking the ball out of Murrays pass to North of the scrum set move. Need to pass quicker. Maori defence very flat.

I'm not specifically arguing for JJ, he has played pretty average unfortunately, but Daly hadn't had a shot there, Teo (who has played well and can play 13), Ringrose not even in the squad...no one obvious candidate who "should" be test 14, it just feels like JD has been nailed on from the moment they arrived, regardless of performances.

To be honest it's a bit of a personal vendetta, I've just never thought he's all that.

Justin Marshall is such a clown . He was going on about how George north took his eyes off the ball for that scrum set play while the replay clearly showed it was knocked on in the tackle and hit him in the chest. Meanwhile Marshall is saying "what was he thinking"
