Wales v New Zealand

normally I'd be suprised if wales broke double figures on the scoreboard.

A little respect ... Wales

I do see us getting into double figures, but it all depends on how much the NZ boys put on the other side of the board.

I think it'll be similar game to the England match (or the Ireland match minus the last try)
NZ to score a couple of tries, Wales to score a couple less,
A NZ win, but not a walkover like the Scotland match

since it worked so well against Ireland im gonna stick with my prediction of 20+ win by AB's.

i think a 10 point win or so for the AB's, i expect the Welsh to be a lot better than they have been. I'd say 20-something to 12-18

I'll go New Zealand to beat Wales 27-12. They won't be pushovers. It'll be closer than some think. :)

Also Dizzy, you did say 20+, but that could be any margin from 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or more. 20+ covers a lot of territory for you to consider your guess 100% correct.

You also said, "i dont know what you guys are all talking about... Ireland won't even come close to the AB's... no matter whether you compare their previous games with or what... its about what happens on the day, and on the day.. the AB's very rarely lose, especially against Ireland... i dont think Ireland has beaten us before... sorry to sound like a cocky c*** but its true... The irish will be demolished, i think some of you are just trying to be kind..."

Which doesn't sound like a 20pt margin, because 20 points is a somewhat comfortable victory, not a "demolishing" and all the rest of it. :)

One penalty by Carter will put past Wilkinson in the all time points scoring table

I reckon there will be a massive cheer in the stadium when it happens if Carter is declared fit!

Will be nice to see Carter gaining the record, as he's easily been the best 10 in world rugby for nigh on a decade (granted Wilkinson had his moments up untill '03). He'll go down as once of the, if not the greatest ever 10 to have played the game, and will be up there with the greatest players to have ever graced the game. Fitting for him to also hold the points record.

15. Lee Byrne
14. George North
13. Tom Shanklin
12. James Hook
11. ?
10. Stephen Jones
9. Mike Phillips

1. Gethin Jenkins
2. Matthew Rees (C)
3. Adam Jones
4. Bradley Davies
5. Alun Wyn Jones
6. Dan Lydiate
7. Sam Warburton
8. Andy Powell

16. Richard Hibbard
17. Paul James
18. Ryan Jones
19. Martyn Williams
20. Tavis Knoyle
21. Andrew Bishop
22. Chris Czekaj/Tom Prydie

I'd like to see Tom James at 11, but given his attitude, it seems unlikely. Brew is the only natural left wing in the squad now, but he is not international standard.

Welsh side leaked on 606:

JENKINS
REES
A. JONES
DAVIES
A.W.JONES
LYDIATE
WARBURTON
R. JONES

PHILLIPS
JONES
T. JAMES
HOOK
SHANKLIN
NORTH
BYRNE

There have been rumours about Tom James being called up all week. I hope this isn't correct.

Would've had Powell at 8 over Ryan,
Though (if that team is true) I bet he's on the bench, along with JT (cover for lock)
I'd like to see Aled Brew given another chance this week, noone looked good last week, but Brew wasn't the worst player on the pitch, seems silly to drop him for someone who wasn't even in the squad until yesterday (if rumours are true etc.etc.)
Would also prefer Bishop/Hook over Hook/Shanklin, but Shanklins not done too badly (playing with suspected concussion aside) and Bishops not been as good as usual so I can understand that

all due respect to the All Blacks, they are a great team, but hopefully the ref will actually pay attention to the amount of off the ball antics that Mccaw and co. get up to. I mean do the All Blacks really have to resort to cheating to win their games? Also shame wales cant pick their players from the whole of the UK, maybe then it would be a fair game eh *wink*

speaking on the welsh squad, I would much prefer have Brew starting. Also Ryan Jones may not be the popular choice at the moment but nobody can deny when he plays well hes a great player, and now he has a point to prove maybe not such a bad idea.

and Tom James shouldnt be let anywhere near a welsh game!

No, which is why they don't

Oh don't start this bulls**t again! Every single team plays the ref as much as they possibly can, NZ are particularily good at it, but that doesn't make them cheats. To be honest with you, this topic, as well as the 'poaching' thing has been done to death numerous times, and it's all a load of sour grapes from jelous fans.

Wales, I know a good coach for you guys. P Div. ;)
