Wales v England

Stupid errors creeping into our game now. Lovely chip to Halfpenny, but knocked on... Same mistakes we made in the Autumn...
Hm. England knock-on actually. My mistake.

England's defence has been solid, but we haven't been attacking well.
The decision to pick Worsley seems inspired. Hasn't dropped a tackle.
Now for the half-time 'ENGLAND ARE TEH AWESOMZ' rant. Second half will be interesting regardless.

Powell is having very little impact on the game, don't think he's managed to break a tackle yet and he's been given ample opportunity. That's a credit to the England defence though

I think Wales have been pretty poor with the ball in hand. Though half time will be music to England's ears more so than Wales. I predicted a close game, I think it will continue to be so.

Wales seem to be relying too much on Powell to carry the ball, Roberts made some decent breaks early on so they should try and use him a bit more cause he's certainly more effective

Interesting game so far. Wales are clearly the better team but England are playing much better than was expected particularly in defence. I suspect Wales will have too much class and England will continue to give away penalties but nonetheless it's encouraging.

Nugget has gotten away with murder a few times now at the breakdown. Worsley has been a golden move, he seems present at every single tackle. This is also the first time I've seen Flutey actually do something, weaving through the defence. The question remains, can they build on their half-breaks? Other than the try England haven't been dangerous from deep at all. They need to start putting people through holes more consistantly.

The great derby never seems to disappoint. Here's to a great second half!

WHAT THE f***.

How hard is it to just keep 15 people on the field of play for 80 minutes?

Wales certainly stepping it up at the start of the second half and indiscipline again costs England, I think they'll be glad they're only conceding 3 points and hope for similar fortunes that they joyed in the first half when down a man.

I firmly believe that Jonathan Kaplan really hates England! This happens whenever he referees. The Lee Byrnes get away with taking men out in the air and English players get sin binned for preventing release.

again that's the class of Byrne, drawing the tackler where so many players would have released earlier. Quality try.

And finally M. Williams gets penalised, it's a bloody miracle. Great try btw.

Also, has everyone noticed Sheridan has actually been making some positive yardage this match?
