Age is irrelevant and I find it highly unbelievable a leaf flew in his mouth. I think spitting is a disgusting habit and yes, it should be punished. Is the fine excessive? Sure. It's it worthy of outrage? Not really.

Plastic surgery. I've read recently there's a new procedure when chirurgist "pulls" the skin on the nape (to describe it shortly), it gives such an effect of a permanently surprised face. And then people has this facial expression "suddenly sat on a bicycle without a saddle"

Having a grand jury refuse to indict once is rare, twice is practically unheard of, twice after the case got thrown out by a judge the first time because the prosecutor wasn't even legally appointed, completely new ground for the US legal system.
If ever people wanted to see what the judiciary being weaponised to go after political rivals actually looked like, look no further than this and the Jack Smith cases, both of which have collapsed.

The idiocy of the Democrats really laid bare. They backed out of the government shutdown because the Republicans promised they would bring the issue of healthcare subsidies to the Senate. They didn't promise to pass it and would you look at that, they haven't passed it. So Democrats gave the Republicans what they wanted and got nothing in return once again.
These people have absolutely zero spine or political acumen.
I have some sympathy (not a huge amount).
It's a tough position to be in, claiming that you actually care about your constuencies, and then sitting there, watching them die whilst you okay political games again Yan opponent that neither cares about dead constituents, nor government shutdowns

Which I understand, except Republicans don't bat an eyelid about their constituents and used the threat of government shutdown repeated times under Biden and Obama to get tax and spending cuts they wanted.
At some point Democrats need to wake up and realise what they are dealing with. You can only keep "fighting fair" for so long when you opponent is kicking you in the nuts repeatedly. The Republicans are tearing whole parts of the US government to shreds in no small part because the Democrats have been completely unwilling and unable to stand up to them in any meaningful way. Their inaction is enabling way more harm than action would.
