Was so happy to see Spain lose. Their 'brand' of football (aka Barcelona) appears to be designed to send everyone including the fans and opposing team to sleep, then score one goal to win. (unless, of course you come within a yard of them, then they fall over, call for a card, or surround the referee like a bunch of meerkats).

As an Australian, I whole-heartedly agree with this sentiment. I'm looking forward to the swift exit of Croatia B... err I mean the Socceroos.

And in any case, this whole world cup is an utter farce of corruption mismanagement and gross abuse of public funds. It's no wonder Brazilians are rioting...

Not much. There's not an awful lot of overlap between soccer and rugby fans... Soccer still seems to be largely the sport of immigrants and middle class white people who think that being a soccer fan and telling everyone else to call it "football" makes them cultured and sophisticated.

Vos ni los conoces, con Big E son chistes que nos hacemos mutuamente. Yo tengo mas de 2000 posts. Si mañana queres comentar sobre el partido Pumas-Irlanda, lo podes hacer en un thread mío, porque yo cree el thread. Lo mismo para Australia-Francia y Sudafrica-Gales. Pero como sos un pescado que no apareces nunca en la seccion del Super Rugby (Fijate cuantos mensaje tengo en esa seccion) ni hablas de la Heineken Cup. Este año tenes mas mensajes hablando de la NBA y el mundial de futbol que de rugby, VENDEHUMO.
