Telegraph reporting Fifita is leaving Wasps at the end of the season for Scarlets due to the salary cap.

Moroni and Scott out of contract I think so one might be off.

With the top 14 salary cap going down and the JIFF requirements prob might find it a bit harder to get a big contract in France.

It’s be pretty bold to report it as a done deal if it’s not true.

Disappointing for Wasps and the Premiership. The Welsh teams are hardly flying high ATM so losing top overseas talent to them for money alone feels rubbish.

I think the cap reduction was unavoidable but it sucks to think it will probably lead to the URC teams strengthening at the Premiership’s expense.

ETA: Nope, Statbunker has his last appearance on 12/11/17, so 31 days before his 40th.

Think he means Jason Jenkins, a SR we signed from SA when has spent his entire time here injured unfortunately.

With all due respect to RG I don't think we can afford to extend a guy with his injury history. It sucks on a personal level, especially as he never got his shot here, but that's business. Also don't think we need a big name big € guy at SR with the players we have. We have way bigger needs.

Surprised Ryan would be off. Think we simply have to sign a TH if that comes to fruition and a pretty good one.

Would love to keep DDA, but at the same time always expected he would leave after his contract ran out.

@munstermuffin any truth to Fekitoa? If DDA and RG both leave, I think we need to sign at TH and Centre.
