Transfers rumours

I dunno, I reckon he'd look to another Super squad before going overseas... He's only 21.

Yeah but that means he's got plenty of time to do his thing overseas and go back. At the moment it looks to me like he's got the choice in the SH to be first choice 10 in a less good super rugby team or be second choice in a good one. So why not go overseas, develop his game and then go back in a year or two...

Niall O'Connor cousin (attends my school, he really is the cousin I seen pics and hassled him for a free Connacht top.. doubt I'll get it) has told me Niall told him he is returning to Ulster

Ross Skeate to Agen.
So we've lost Muller, Mostert, Sykes (returned), Hargreaves, and now Skeate all over a few seasons.
The Marais brothers and PSdT better be able to step up.

Tyler Hotson is leaving Plymouth Albion but hasn't come out and said where to until it's official, not sure if it's another club picking him up in Europe or whether he is returing to play domestically.

I would think it would be a new club as returning home wouldn't require anytjing official. Just hop on a plane and come home. Plymouth Albion has been a bit of an organizational gong show so it is not surprising if a few players wanted out.

This is what I was thinking as well Rusty, I guess Tyler also dosen't want to disclose in case negotiations fall through and/or the club in question does not want details to be revealed. Carpenter and Stephen are still under contract for next season at Albion.

Nigel Davies has the left Scarlets from what I've heard.
Gloucester after him. John Plumtree has also been linked to Gloucester.

I really can't see him going, to be honest. He seems too dedicated to the Scarlets cause and has been speaking of what they'll be doing next season too often to jump ship, in my eyes.

Bryan Redpath was saying the exact same things at Glos. Perhaps it'll be a chance to add to his CV and put a marker down for becoming the Wales national team coach in the future. Glos have a young, exciting team, with some great additions for next year. Some fans call us "sleeping giants". I'm not sure about that, but I do think the top 4 is a decent aim for next season and it should be an attractive opportunity for most coaches.

EDIT: in fact, the person who called Gloucester a "sleeping giant" was Scarlets President, Phil Bennett :D

All i have to say is money talks, and a squad with decent front five forwards...

Heard about this a couple of days ago, but I just don't see it happening. This is the season he targeted for silverwear and surely he feels he's done too much to give up now. Although, if he does leave, we've probably gone back at least a couple of years in our development:(

No offence but you've basically lost two front five packs, any chance of silverware in the next 2 years have gone out the window

another Scarlets rumour, this time an All Black prop in Campbell Johnstone, according to Rick O'Shea

Why did my heart sink slightly when I saw 'Wants to play for Wales'? Seems like a decent signing though, about time someone picked up one of those nasty, enforcer-type second rows South Africa seem to have an abundance of.
