Yep, Go to anywhere in a city (Or even big towns) at night and you will see it being done all over the shop.

Ramsey did a good doc on it in the restaurant industry as well.

Maybe, but he would prob be better off going somewhere else IMO Gloucester should target him and release Owen to the dragons since he is on like 350K+ and not playing.

I for one defo wouldn't... That back row is bloated anyway with Clifford, robshaw, bothma, Luamanu, chisholm, Wallace and white coming through... Also I can't believe he is back in his national team set up 3 months after cocaine...

With the exception of Wallace and White (who isn't good enough), everyone you've listed there is better 6 or 8 which is why Ward generally fills in at 7 if Wallace is unavailable. Clifford and Robshaw can play at 7 but it's definitely not their best position and we could definitely do with another established openside.

They're also an injury prone bunch and at any point there's probably 1-2 of them unavailable.

I can understand the distaste re. the drug taking though.

I'd happily go in for Evans or Ludlam but I think both are under contract for a while yet.

Would say Malouf is 55% out of the door currently.

I think Malouf's been quite good. Not good enough to be a starting winger in a top side, but a useful squad player.

He has the right attributes to be a 13 and could be better off there long-term, but it's a tough position to learn from a defensive positioning point of view.
