May god have mercy on us all!

apparently it's only for a couple weeks though

Great player but we have options already. Wouldn't it be better to get an class centre or ball carrying back?

Don't know if it has been said but Ben Tapuai to Bath. Was good in the reds winning team and is a 12.

You had your fingers in the pot for Chris Farrell as well.

I would've liked him, just brings something different to our team. Though Barritt played really well v Wasps, he isn't good enough at carrying. De Allende would be great, Jan Serfontein as well. Instead we'll keep Bosch..

Didn't I see him make a break? Bizarre scenes at Allianz Park...

Where is the salary cap in all this?

#CorruptBull****.

He carried really well, it was weird as **** ...

I'm pretty sure we aren't in the cap. But this is only a few week contract, and Hargreaves has retired now so maybe Etzebeth wages for a few weeks in similar to what Hargreaves would've been on for the rest of the season? I don't know. Obviously I would love the guy but looking at our backs, it's clear all our cap goes on forwards.

The same happens with Farrell on occasion - no-one's expecting him to make a break, so the defence aren't covering it; then once or twice a season the door is left so far open that he just slides through it anyway.
Bit like KPN's sidestep at the weekend - literally no-one was expecting that, including KPN (surely he was tripping over his own feet - or maybe he saw someone in the crowd eating a pastie), and therefore it worked a treat

Yeah sometimes number of breaks made can be a bit of a red herring - all defences look to prevent breaks, if one player needs one defender to keep him quiet and another needs two then the second is creating more space elsewhere

Kvesic --> Exeter

Tenuous as ****... just a twitter claim. Doubt it's true... but I could easily see him getting the **** out of dodge at the end of his contract.

Seen people saying it on Shedweb.

He grew up a Glos fan. The problems at Glos run deep if we can't keep him.

Exeter need a quality openside to take over from Salvi so I expect them to be very keen. It's upto Kvesic where (if) he goes but he's an honourary Devonian from his schooldays in Tivvy so hopefully he will decide to move here. Very good signing for Chiefs if he does and arguably could help with his England ambitions, although if Exeter keep playing like they do, the other offers will look more attractive to him in that regard.

Considering he must have played against Gloucester a number of times coming through the Worcester systems I doubt it will be a massive issue

Don't doubt he's loyal (to an extent) - but I can't see him finding it too hard playing for someone else.

I'm not saying he won't move but I can't see the fact he went to school in Devon being a factor.

End of the day if he feels he has more of a shot playing for England elsewhere he will prob move, Really he needs to be playing champions cup rugby.
