I think Ford has said publically he was unhappy with how it was handled. But then asked a question from journalist what you expect him to say? Would you publically bad mouth your own father?

With how it was handled, or the fact it happened at all?

TBH, I only remember him evading the questions when put to him.
Things like "I'm here to play for England, and don't want to talk about that".

He's good, took Savea's place on the wing for the Canes in the semi-final and final of Super Rugby. Whether he's good enough to come over and get in the England team I don't know, but I hope he doesn't.

I'll reserve judgement until I know his connection to England but 3rd choice doesn't look good. If you get turned down by two girls at the end of the night you can't reasonably expect the third to be grateful for the attention...

To extend the metaphor, the girls don't care about emotional connection, they just care about wallet/six pack. If he's the best boy available at the end of the night, the English girl won't care how many other girls he tried to get it on with.

There's talk of Salford being bought by Sale's owners (they want to own the AJ Bell so would by Salford as well).

Still, opinions on Ashton in the league world are low as it is, if he goes running back because he's bit someone I don't think he'll be well recieved.
