Transfers rumours

He'll fill our project player spot and he's definitely worth a pop. We definitely need someone at second row, but it's not a position worth throwing a lot of money at. Let's hope he's not as disappointing as Van der Heever

Munster should hire me to give them info on SA rugby players. I knew Stader was a good buy just as I knew GvdH and JdV at the time weren't. Kleyn is fine but you'd have the pick of SA locks beyond our Bok encumbants and back up considering Etzebeth, PSdT, Mostert and De Jager all have 10 years left in them. RG Snyman and JD Shickerling are better bets and still very young.

If you could apply to Leinster and get us a lock and a left wing you might just achieve cult hero status here!

22 year old South African. Had quite a few injuries over the past few years playing for the Stormers. Think I read somewhere he has played less than 20 games over the last 3 years.

His lack of game time has more to do with who his competition for those positions has been. He has been up against Etzebeth, Pieter Steph-Du-Toit, Manuel Carizza, Ruan Botha (another youngster who won the U20 tournament in 2012) and Michael Rhodes.

You got the best current Saffa team that are not currently playing international rugby!!!

absolutely. big advantage in the T14 race. Montpellier didnt have to deal with the dreaded 'doublons' all season and no hassle from the union. This is what will make the difference next seasons.
No wonder Racing the current champion said 2 years ago they were making it a priority Not to recruit internationals in order to reduce their exposure to test rugby. Hard to believe the other big clubs won't follow suit. Judging by their recruitment they already have...

First instinct is that'd be a good thing, although don't have any grasp of the business side of things. Craig seems far too involved in rugby decisions

Yes, he played to a fairly high level, but that was in a different era, and it doesn't qualify him to be a DOR.

He's not going though.

RG Snyman (currently Blue Bulls)
Duhan van der Merwe (just signed with Montpellier from same Blue Bulls)

Don't know anything about their contracts but where do I sign up as official SA recruitment officer and what's the pay like?

and that's 3 more + one for Montpellier, lock Nico Janse Van Rensburg (22), Winger Duhan Van der Merwe (22), fly half Josh Stander (22)and already signed full back Harry Immelman(21) and i presume they willl probably count as Jiff is they are in the Academy. Clever thinking Jake White. Not going to please the press or the French but thats life if it means we have a better shot this season at the Bouclier, it's not a problem for me or the club.!!!!!!!!!!!

You could possibly be my assistant but the pay is not great in your position, but loads of freebees and the pure honour of being attached to the best Springbok team "Out of Africa" We are loooking at getting Robert Redford as one of our sponsors alongside Meryl Streep.
