Holy moly.

Loving that. Didn't know he went to Colstons School though

The worst kept secret that one! I'm pretty happy about Gopperth. I hear he's been poor this season at leinster but then he's being compared to Madigan and Sexton and in any case Wasps have struggled for good 10's such Cipriani.

We Leinster fans are very harsh and have high expectations, in some respects he could succeed at Leinster by being better than Sexton- something which is quite hard. Also it seems his play has been somewhat held back by tactical choices. Leinster were probably always going to drop in quality with the departure of Sexton and Smidth and the two men who have come in place have taken the brunt of the criticism.

I reckon he'll be good for you lot, hes shown some very nice glimpses with Leinster.

Pretty much this, he's been told to play to his weaknesses here and his confidence has dipped because of this, a change of scenery will do him good. He's had a bad time here but I didn't think he deserved to be sent to Coventry!

He's been better than anyone could have expected really. Most people were expecting him to be back up to Madigan and he's really been the starter. He can control a backline well enough but his tactical kicking is fairly poor and his passing is somewhat erratic. He did however have the most linebreaks of any player in the Pro 12 by the time of the firs Harlequins fit.

He's just unlucky that he's kept Ian Madigan out of the team who as someone who's considered young despite being nearly 26, homegrown and a 'flair player' and being tied to the much despised MO'C (despite being bought by Schmidt) he's been tarred with an unfair amount of criticism.

He could be quite a good fit for you.

That's a big move. Probably a very good move for Hanrahan, Northampton just became a lot scarier.

Wow huge move in Irish rugby terms, we've never seen a player so touted up and leave. However I reckon its good for Ireland himself and the Saints, actually pretty excited that we may get to see much more of him sooner.

Is the Munster love for JJ or Axel greater? Who will the fans attack? That subplot is equally interesting.

It has nothing to do with money. As I said all parties had to grow up and well the cuts were to deep to heal.
On plus side rumours now that Kurtley Beale and Conrad Smith are being sought out. We have to go after someone big surely.

Surly not? Maybe Smith, smallest chance of Beale and definitely not both.

The beale rumour is starting to do rounds now Leicester have been linked for Christ sake LOLOL.

Smith could happen though.

JJ hasn't actually produced the goods this season. I'm really dissapointed he's left because he could have been something incredible for us but to my mind he didn't earn a spot ahead of Keatley, and didn't deserve it yet, contrary to Keatley's many critics who jump on his every mistake, so good luck, all the best and I hope he tears things up for Northampton. He's an excellent signing for them I can say that much with certainty, and it's the right move for him.
The fact is that if we don't make a big signing in the centres soon with our utility back on the move, we are totally ****ed. The eventual arrival of Bleyendall will need to pay off for us, but a signing beyond an average journeyman is needed.
Munster have been linked with Conrad Smith, whenever a centre was needed for years. He seems to be a guy who would be perfect for us, and actually might want to come now. Beale? That's certainly a strange one, but I don't doubt he could be straightened out down here. Say what you want about Munster, but they know how to get players to buy into the team and squad ethic very well.

Lol, great job Axel! Maybe it's time to drive Paul O'Connell and Peter O'Mahoney out of Limerick?! BJ Botha perhaps!!!
Change the record you little Toadstool ****. They offered him about 150'000 pounds a year. We can't match that. He was injured at the start of the season, and was getting the gametime he deserved. He's extremely talented but he's no better that Keats as of now. If he produces the goods at Northampton, and looks like he's good enough for the Irish ten jersey, the I.R.F.U can step in and throw money at him.

Saints have got themselves a class player in JJH. Give him a good platform, he'll open up defences and be a match winner.

Hanrahan is he the Munster 12 who couldn't score 3 metres from Clermont's try line with a massive defensive gap and a 2 on 1?
