So, he moved to London to be near his kids - fair enough. Then moved to the south of France because apparently playing 10 is more important than his kids, perhaps.
Now he finds himself away from his kids and playing centre at the weekend.
You have to say that is a something of a balls-up in terms of life and career strategy.
He wanted to play 10 / 12 ... at Saracens he was not going to displace Barritt at 12.
He wanted to stay for the kids in London but Charlotte was not playing ball so he decided the best option for a place at the World Cup was a move to France.
