The boys need to get back on track with a win here. Hopefully i will be able to watch it

I think the Chiefs will win. The Sharks have really been hit with injury.

We're missing almost an entire line-up due to injuries.

Tendai Mtawarira, Dale Chadwick, Bismarck du Plessis, Jacques Botes, Willem Alberts, Jean Deysel, Butch James, Lwazi Mvovo, Tim Whitehead, Andries Coetzee, JP Pietersen, Paul Jordaan, Louis Ludik... That's too much. Chiefs will win this with ease.

Isn't Willem Alberts fit now?? he trained with the Boks last week...

I read on News24 that Frans Steyn could play at 13...

Sharks – 15 Riaan Viljoen, 14 Odwa Ndungane, 13 Frans Steyn, 12 Meyer Bosman, 11 Piet Lindeque, 10 Pat Lambie, 9 Charl McLeod, 8 Lubabalo Mtembu, 7 Jean Deysel (c), 6 Derick Minnie, 5 Pieter-Steph du Toit, 4 Anton Bresler, 3 Jannie du Plessis, 2 Craig Burden, 1 Wiehahn Herbst.
Subs: 16 Kyle Cooper, 17 Danie Mienie, 18 Franco van der Merwe, 19 Keegan Daniel, 20 Marcell Coetzee, 21 Cobus Reinach, 22 S'bura Sithole.

Poor Sharkies :( hope they pull a rabbit out of a hat but I don't see it...

Hmm.. that is a very weak looking Sharks side. Not only do they have a lot of injuries, but they have left quite a few of their better players on the bench (Cooper, Daniel, Coetzee, Reinach). I can't say I have ever heard of Piet Lindeque and Lubabalo Mtembu!

The Chiefs should obviously start this match as firm favourites, but will really need to step up a lot from their last two performances..

It has been a very eventful day at my Office today. Our Oldest secretary came with a Sharks jersey to the office today, very proud. When we asked her what's going on, she informed us that her grandson will be making his debut tomorrow for the Sharks vs the Chiefs. Danie Mienie, the reserve sharks prop. He comes from Naboomspruit. Anyone who has played guys from Naboomspruit will agree those guys are tough as nails!

Game on. Kahui a late withdrawal for the Chiefs.

Nice try! Is Kahui's hammy still bothering him?

I assume so.

Try Aki. Chiefs completely dominating. 17-0 already

Messam just powered thru that tackle

Yep it was good to see Messam running straight and hard - he needs some big games, as there are a few standout 6's in NZ rugby at the moment...

EDIT: Make that 22-0... with the kick to come...

Yeah Messam does need a big game, I suspect Luatua will be somewhere in the mix against the french.

And Nani-Williams nice try! This game is getting away from the Sharks they need to do something to get some points

Mo Schwalger has made a big impact so far. He plays a lot tighter than Elliot, which really helps the Chiefs.

Messam caught out on defense there. The Chiefs are still finding a lot of space with inside passes..

EDIT: A second try for the Sharks - they are right back in this game.

I feel sorry for the Sharks half back. He is a running 9 but it is it is hard to attack from half back when the outside backs are coming forwards.
