Scotland v England

I feel really sorry for him. I am totally indifferent to Brian Ashton... in fact no, after listening to his press conference on 5 Live today I HATE him, because he knows he has f***ed up, jumped the gun and made a bad, bad mistake. He acted without knowing the full story.

I don't know enough background to say whether or not there is a power struggle, but Brian Ashton looks like a whopper after this.

Obviously a case of "night club versus country"

Clearly the photographer was planted there by Wasps so they can use him this weekend against Quins. Sneaky ********!

:D

Englands loss is Wasps gain

Absolutely pishing it down just now, looks set to continue. My game has fallen victim to the weather so it's pretty heavy....

2000 anyone?

The worse the weather the better our chances if we can play smart enough rugby. Our pack is superior and contains some good ball carriers at close quaters. Scotland would benefit from a quicker surface where they can harrass the english and force them into mistakes as in 1990. Just because it was tipping down in 2000 doesnt mean the same will happen again.Im not underestimating the Scottish threat because I know just how hostile a game this is going to be for us but I feel if we can keep our passes short and kick wisely the elements could be in our favour.

Well like at Croke Park its dry, sunny and windy. Dont know what to expect, i dont think that Englands players are much better but they just have much more confidence and more belief in their ability.

It was always going to be 10 man rugby from England regardless of the conditions

Would be the same for any 6 nations side, except perhaps Wales and France

Ugh I feel sick. My head says England are going to win, but my heart will never let me completely write off Scotland.

Wow, that's exactly what I was going to say!

The games ruined for me anyway, the commentary is terrible, you can here background commentary from another broadcaster. Also you cant hear Kaplan or anything going on in the field in general.

Anyway Scotland go 3-0 ahead, England conceding penalty after penalty

Scotland putting pressure early on, England rightly penalised. Scotland has to keep on pressuring the English if they want to stay in it.

What did you expect mate ;)

Vainikolo has touched it twice and knocked it on twice
