No, I wouldnt, I would point to it and say it should be upheld to the letter of the law consistently but wouldnt have a complaint considering it is a yellow card offence.

Assuming you want that Fiji card to be a red for letter of the law ruling it was always high so mitigation shouldn't be possible.
