Refs are given 1st class flights 5 star hotels expenses and on average these days are paid between £500-£5000 a match, Nick Berry one of the worst refs in the select refs is currently on £2500 to £5000 a game, so they should be questioned if they have a bad match, and Berry no matter how many times he stuffs up the IRB still have him in the top 10 select refs ! Yes some refs get a bad rub, but maybe they should have to attend press conferences after games and state their calls, then maybe fans can relate, Coaches & Captains have to, see no reason why Refs can't !
