[RWC2023] England vs Samoa (07/10/2023)

That era of him and Youngs alternating at 9/21 and the starter always being garbage and the replacement always looking world class
I hadn't realised it until now but now I think about it that was the biggest, most obvious and successfull grift I've ever seen

Awful performance from England. Superb form Samoa but gassed in the end. This is why England won't win this RWC.

I just, I really don't think the ref was good in last 20. He seemed to go very soft on England.

In the opposition's 22 with 2 minutes to go?

Sniff Bostik: kIcK iT aWaY!

Geez that was painful. Really got to ask what Borthwick has been doing. We looked dire and had no plan. So much for clarity. Earl, Care and Chessum maybe the pluses.

Congrats to England, deserved to win their group ultimately.

However, the reffing against tier 2 nations has been nothing short of a disgrace!

Refs arent losing games for them, but they arent brave enough to make the match winning calls either.

2 mins left, Samoa down by 1, and Chessum is on the wrong side of the ruck, not rolling away after putting himself there, 30 yards from goal and nothing. If that was SA v England SA get that penalty 100% of the time.
