[RWC2023] England vs Samoa (07/10/2023)

That is the softest touch anyone will ever receive in the air, and of course the ref getting nervous of a tier 1 loss it's a yellow
Samoa were on final warning, especially for tackle penalties. They literally just tackled a man in the air. In isolation that's never a yellow as it's a timing issue but when you've been pinged off the park for tackle infringements you need to clean it up. It was daft challenging like that.

The only thing I will say is that the TMO seems to be looking one way for off the ball stuff. Other than that the yellow was absolutely the right call in that situation.

Samoa doing well eating up all this time. Not convinced England will score a try here.

He didnt tackle him in the air at all, as soon as the slightest contact was made he pulled away... Farrell just knocked it on dramatically
