Come on Wales! Knock out the nasty Irish so that Toby Flood doesnt do his special 'Im playing against an Irish side so Im going to play like a tool' trick. :)

Here we go people. Enjoy the match and we shall reconvene at the other side.

CMON WALES!!!!!

Aww cant watch this game live :( just went to the local Walkabout (was open this time last week) to find it shut.. appears they are opening for the England game then putting this on replay :/ Therefore Im gonna be a hide from TRF, BBC (or any news site) and my phones RWC app till itv decides to put it on its itv player :/ Regardless Cymru am Byth

Wow did not expect this kind of start...... just started an already a great game

They miss having Sexton in the team when they are attacking the the 22. O'Gara poses no threat.

Welsh defence is something to behold

Anyone catch the beaut of a tackle by Warburton on ROG?
Textbook :D He'll be feeling that next week

Why were the Irish going for lineouts when they had the option of a scrum?
Their lineout and maul is probably stronger than their scrum - especially as there hadn't been a scrum in the match - Jenkins/Jones are two of the best props going, for all they knew they could get pushed off their own ball, so lineout a safer option

brilliant game so far welsh defence really holding strong but i sense Ireland will cross soon

Eurgh. Early start.
"Its five AM, look Dougal, Five 'a.m'." "wow. Ive never seen a clock at five a.m before! HA HA HA HA"

It might sound negative, but I think the Irish should have kicked the points a couple of times there. We saw in England's warm-up in Cardiff that Wales's defence in their own 22 is pretty good, it would have been better to get on the scoreboard - especially with O'Gara at flyhalf, if he can't just kick it away he struggles to juggle his other options.

Why did ROG start if they're going for tries and turning down the 3pointers?
Sexton would've been the smarter choice....
