In most cases yes, if your refering to a one on one tackle in open play. But he will have a fairly hard time justifying the tackle not being completed in this particular case. We'll have to see a replay but it looked like there were at least 2 Argentine players at the scene when he hit the ground so it was a ruck.

But In all seriousness, I can't see how England are playing like this. Don't look as If they've woken up as yet. Nice little Break by Foden to open the game up.

Seems to be no angles being cut in attack, its all very samey and pass pass pass (yes i know wales play like that and i'm not defending it). Need the back three to spark something - More of Foden's breaks ENG need!

Also good to hear a more dynamic commentary team. Sounds like the guys that do the football???

Cole just sin binned, England constantly penalized at break down (haven't paid huge amounts of attention to rucks and mauls so i cant comment at whether it was justified). Crucial period for he Argies now to get some points on the board.
