RBS 6 Nations - France vs Italy - (04/02/2012 - 14:30)

He struggled in the last one, but had held his side in the prvious ones. The penalty in the first scrum was given against Mas.

Can see that, but his body shape at scrum time is not the greatest.

But we don't want a confident French team if they lost again what would that do to their heads?

Italy look very calm when they have the ball, it is very impressive. They go through the phases nicely but just lack the final cutting edge.

Good to see the rolling mull coming back into the game as well.

Malzieu TRY!

Picamoles picks up from the base of a turnover scrum, makes a nice break before handing the ball off to Malzieu who beats a couple of poor attempts o tackles by the Italian backs.

It's just tradition. I guess common courtesy dictates that you try to accommodate your guests and all that jazz. I could equall ask you why the away team changes in soccer.

Thanks, all the years watching rugby and I never thought about it till today, As for football I have no idea why.

I know you're not supposed to say anything bad about him, but Parisse missed one helluva tackle.

Aye, couple of missed tackles for the 2nd try, along with a couple of handoffs that really shouldn't have had such an effect as they did :p

Great step by Picamoles though.

Just switched on TV. Looking forward to 2nd half. Both tries where impressive individual efforts.

Some times i think the Italian players don't belive in themselves.

Did anyone catch who was MotM there? Decent game to watch really opened up 2nd half. Some nice tries.

Malzieu from the french TV^^

I liked Fofana's attitude most of all. Picamoles needs to be closer to the breakdown, we need a real fullback and Parra should start.

Well deserved win for France, though I wish Italy had gotten a try.

Was impressed with Italy though.
