Premiership Rugby 21/22 - Rd 22

Laws not rules in Rugby.
Yes ref could have given a pen however ball bounced and Sale had 3 on 1 didn't take advantage, do you want our game to be dominated by refs blowing tge whistle or let things play ?
No im asking what are the actual laws when A player hits A player when attempting to charge down a kick. With regards to pens, YC's ect...

Im quite confused by your response? If advantage is on then should have been played(dont remember). I want that whistle blown as little as possible and i want Pen advantage over quicker when a real advantage has been taken...

But my question was on the rules,

Yeah I get the fb idea....I just don't see him as a winger. And I don't like him being player there for England when we have some real talented young ACTUAL wingers...
Reed took yards out of him when they were chasing the Luke James kick.

There's a lot more to being a good winger than serious gas, but it should be a prerequisite.

Not as high scoring as I thought it would be (from both sides). Kicking from Sarries was definitely off, whilst Sale failed to convert their dominance.

Itoje's work rate and reading of the game continues to be extraordinary. Malins, BV and Earl were also very good.

I did have to rewatch the second Earl try as it was incredibly flat, but a good conclusion to a satisfying period of play.

Tompkins was lucky to not get carded with the off-the-ball activity, but Sale committed to a few too many high-tackles that weren't penalised so I'd argue that it evened out.

At least he does it for charity.
Do we know why he's starting?

I missed the opening minute or so, but what I have seen has been breathless - on my sofa!
(Maybe I need an LFT)

Thacker showing two sides of his coin

Superb break down the wing to assist a try
Then a few minutes later an awful not straight on his own tryline

Aaaww no way...poor Freeman. That would have been a class Try....

Bath appear to have grasped the concept of fixing a defender and then passing.

2nd for Coka, but not smiling, for the first time since returning.

Very nice conversion by OB.

He likes that though. Takes the kick, and 3 Ex players try to hold him up (dunno why, as the ball isn't turned over for a maul from kick). Still gets the ball out to Hughes before anyone gets to him for support

Can't wait for him to join his brother at Tigers in 2023/24

Not watching the game, what the hell is happening? I thought we were letting destroyed at 1 point by the scoreline, seems we came back but who looks better? The team in 13th or the team in 4th?

Quite honestly, neither team looks better, both look well up for it, neither look especially composed in defence - but largely because both are attacking well.

3 tries a piece, all of them well worked and earned
