Deans really giving a load of our talented kids a run out....Nice to see.

We've just named our entire squad, no positions or anything, which is annoying

One interesting inclusion, though, is 17/18(?)yr old scrumhalf Nai Thomas,
Apparently at the season ticket holders meet and greet Axe was saying our current crop of u18s is as good as he's seen in an academy, and Nai is one of those - big shoes to fill following in Raffi's footsteps!
Gotta be decent, though, cause we've loaned out Gus Warr and kept Thomas - also we've got three 9s in the squad for tonight, with him there

Hopefully as he develops he can move in the wasps senior squad like all good sale academy players.

They all come crawling back when they're old and riddled with injuries

If you are watching the game could you tell me how Simmons does the Jersey 9

I don't think I'm going to, tbh - I thought it was tomorrow afternoon rather than tonight and I've just started rewatching Homeland from the beginning and that's taking up all my evenings atm

Homeland took a massive nosedive after season 2 IMO. I wouldn't bother with anything after that.

Quins have done something similar and named 33 players for the friendly with Cardiff without naming the starting XV etc.

It gets great again season 4

I can't remember the last series I watched? It was the one where every other sentence of dialogue involved the words 'Madame President Elect'.

I tried to persevere but it lost interest.

The starters appear to be the players down the left I think - odd way to present it regardless

Interesting to see Huw at 12 rather than 13. Good to see Cleaves involved as well!

I've seen all but the latest season before (reason I'm re-starting is cause I remember next to nothing so didn't want to be constantly stop/starting the final season to google people)

From what I remember season 3 was a stinker but then it picked up again after when it started having it's self-contained seasons (i.e. "This season is set in Afghanistan, this season is set in Germany, rather than an overarching story like seasons 1-3), and then started to drop off in the later seasons (when it went back to an overarching storyline again) - still enjoyed it all though

Bit off topic there :p

Not at all. He's Ben injured since he arrived. He's featured quite heavily in the training pictures so while I wouldn't read anything in to that, at least we know he's fit to play.

Yeah. I didn't see the Tweet (unsurprisingly as I'm not on Twitter), but that makes sense.

If you read top to bottom of the left column down to Ross Chisholm, it seems like a second XV (or actually 16) goes from Fin Baxter onwards. Riley and Walker both hookers.

Seems like Baxter is definitely being switched to loosehead now. Good news since our depth there is not as strong as on the tighthead side.

I agree about Jones and Cleaves. Good for Alikhan, Trenholm and Slevin to be in the senior squad mix too.

Aye … unless you're supporting Ulster.

Quite impressed with Saracens as much as I hate to say it … definitely didn't look like they were the side with 14.
