Pool 1 (Glasgow, Leicester, Munster, Racing Metro)

Half time here. Wow it's awesome atmosphere here but very tense. Will agree we have got few calls but for everyone saying Manu call was wrong every player is getting pinged for that lately. Its stupidy on players side. Tom Youngd needs to calm a bit as captain. But we lucky to be 6 6 on balance of it. Can't seem to get phases going.

That last call was more madness. It's like the ref either doesn't understand the laws or isn't actually watching the game. Yes it's difficult to get through a maul but it doesn't mean it's illegal either. Whilst I'd usually agree with captains keeping their discipline it's clear there's a considerable amount of chip out there. I'd prefer any leader of men not to just let it pass.

The last penalty was indeed clearly a wrong call (as was the Youngs clear-out). Tuilagi's yellow can be given. Not the best game for the referee but certainly not the worst. Youngs clearly lacks the fine skills for a captain to play the referee. Going on several times after the referee has said no won't help his case.

Tigers aren't helping themselves with those kicks.

So many mistakes in this game. I know there's a lot of defensive pressure but both sides can't go 3 or 4 phases without making a handling error.

Another poor decision from the ref there, favouring Leicester this time. The crowd baying and the atmosphere in general is really effecting him.

Wow he's going to get one right. That's no later than when Manu mashed him in the first half!

What the ****. Nope he's gone mental!

This is beginning to make me angry. It's not even a penalty.

I'm going to get back on my words. Awful decisions going both ways.

Ref only reffing one side in the second half. Handing the game to Leicester. Home advantage i suppose. Munster got the rub last week.

I'm not actually a supporter of either side, I do love the game though. Both great clubs and a great game but thoroughly ruined by what appeared to be an entirely random approach to refereeing. The right result I reckon, but just awful officiating from all involved. I hate saying that as I recognise that these people are key to the game and deserve some level of respect. But Jesus Christ it's hard when you may as well employ one of those magic eight ball things to make decisions.
