[November Tests 2016 EOYT] Wales vs. Japan (19/11/2016)

See there was another one. Ref tells grey 9 to use it, he doesn't, 4 secs go by and the ref asks him again and only then he uses it.

Maybe i'm biased from SR but that's been a penalty all season in the SH.

It's five seconds isn't it? Also a free kick?

Same as last week, Wales score and let them back in, they can't get any control.

Poor in attack, poor in defence and nothing will change for next. I suppose at least SA are looking just as bad.

Scrum, my bad. And in SR it was certainly not 5 sec. When the ref tells you to use it you have to go for the ball and use it. If it takes you 1-2 secs to get the ball that is probably fine, but the split second you get told to use it you have to actively search for the ball.

I refuse to believe this was all an accident. This has to be fixed or something.

Law 16.7 here http://laws.worldrugby.org/?law=16 definitely 5 seconds.

What more to say than another poor performance and it will continue until changes are made.

What chance do we have when we are coached by a man with less vision than Stevie Wonder, why didnt Sam Davies come on sooner why hasn't Keelan Giles had at least Half an Hour

HOWLER idiot

I bet Cuthbert hates seeing his name on the team sheet, he must be a wreck after games.
