I was about to say that about Wales. Every time a welsh ball carrier is brought to the ground he goes 1-2 meters fowd before he releases the ball and the ref is allowing that every time.

I'm used to Wales looking poor in attack. No invention at all, just strong runners going straight and because it's Japan we can get away with it.

That is what happens when the only move is a Roberts switch and the players run into contact instead of looking for the pass.

That's what I find so frustrating, since 2011 Wales have basically had the same team and game plan. They have just stayed still and others have overtaken them.

Japan's short attacking kicking game is pretty slick, more often than not ends up back in their hands

I honestly think that performance wasn't far off being as bad as the first half against Australia. Better in defence but attack is seemingly getting worse, does Roberts get fined if he passes?

I like how Shane and Martyn going that Wales are trying to make it not seem as bad, Guscott just goes it's pathetic. Edit: Which I agree with considering the players they have. It's not good enough for this side.

I do feel sorry for Cuthbert some times where he gets stick when other players don't but he's been absolutely awful in the first half so far. Nicky Smith looking good and we are getting to see why Halfpenny should be wing and Williams fullback.

I'm watching the ita-sa game at half time so didn't see it. But that's shocking if they are defending it. Seems none of the Welsh pundits want to upset their old pals and will not call it how it is.

See there was another one. Ref tells grey 9 to use it, he doesn't, 4 secs go by and the ref asks him again and only then he uses it.

Maybe i'm biased from SR but that's been a penalty all season in the SH.
