Bad game for Denver so far, they have long time yet

Bad game for Denver so far, they have long time yet

This may be the worst I've EVER seen a team play in the Super Bowl, I've seen some blow outs before but something about Denver is almost comically bad tonight with about 6 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter. Pretty much eveything they could do wrong they are doing wrong. Some of the coaching decisions they've made are abysmal. Credit to Seattle who are taking advantage their D has been oppourtunistic and their O has done enough to keep the pressure on.

Has anyone seen a team commit as may turnovers as Denver has in ANY NFL match let alone a Superbowl?

Most of them have been their own brutal play as well, Seattle did force a fumble but the Interceptions have been throws to nowhere and that last turnover on downs was the result of a Bronco being unable to catch a simple dump off pass.

Yeah. Pretty much most of those errors have been unforced. That said, 'Hawks D has been immense!

Well, didn't see that coming. Hawks D definitely brought the 'Boom', and Demaryus Thomas didn't help 18 by running backwards every time he caught the ball.

As soon as that safety happened in the first minuet of play it set the standard for the Broncos for the of the night.

Well I lost my few Euros bet but wonder how was Mayweather feeling? :D

On game- The legion of boom did talk a lot but they backed it up but what the hell happened the Broncos. After first error even the snaps were dodgy and they just never seemed settled.

Picks for this years NFL?

I've gone Denver and Seattle with a little nibble on the Colts! What do others think?

Just thought I'd blow my own trumpet a tad ;) Bit late I know but have been off the forum during the Rugby off season!

Most profitable NFL season for me yet. Cashed in on AFC winner, NFC winner and Super Bowl Winner. (great odds on the NZ TAB by the way before the season started on Seattle - $11 from memory)

So picks for next year??

I will for sure be doubling down on Seattle. They were monsters this year and are simply just ahead of the game. They have a fantastic coaching staff!!!

Other picks?

NFC: I quite liked the look of Carolina this year. They had a mean D and looked to improve throughout the year. 49ers looked pretty good too. All three teams play the style of football I like these days, tough D and a QB that can run if necessary.
AFC: Injury free Denver and NE look like the go to teams but I'm not sure. Improvers?? To be honest nothing jumps out at me (not even really Denver or NE). I'm not sure there is a team in the AFC that has both qualities I outlined above; tough D and an athletic QB? Anyone have any suggestions?

DJAX is a skin now on a 3 year deal big, big FA signing there. He has played with a vick QB (Griffen) and a foles QB (Cousins) a thrives with both types of QB a very good signing.

I was wondering where he'd end up. Would love to know the truth behind his cutting. If it's (as rumoured) gang related, then I personally think he'd have been better off moving to the West coast (chargers could have been a great fit), but then you have the problems with E v W gangs.

Whatever the reasons, the skins have picked up one of the most dangerous WR's in the game. Now it's up to RGIII to stand up to be counted.

Series of Hard Knocks started last night, must say was quite something. Lot of handbags.

Who's it with this year?

Buzzing for new season, think this season could be a belter. Happy about the additions made to the Saints both in defence and wide out. Might try again for a fantasy league after last year botched effort. Even the XFL lasted longer

The Falcons. If you can get hold of watching it somewhere, then I would suggest you should. Was quite the episode.

Cool, enjoyed the Bengals' one last year. Gives a good insight into what happens behind the cameras.
