Easily 2k8. NBA Live is ****. Well it isn't that bad but I'd go with 2k anyday. Although Live has better 'still' graphics and presentation, 2k beats it in ever other category.

NBA 2k7!! NBA2k8 is just 2k7 with graphics enhancements basically and cost more.

Incidentally, the NBA Live series has been discontinued for the PC market, which means there won't be next year any NBA sim for the PC gamers...
