One side of my family comes from the Manchester/Salford area, so they'll definately get my vote over Warrington.

This match is slipping away from us I fear. I would always fancy us to beat them anytime, any place, anywhere, but our injuries are piling up.

There will be a couple of Wigan players I will watch with interest.

Chris Ashton, who of course is coming to Northampton next season assuming we stay up.

And Trent Barrett who, as a league newbie (well not really newbie, just not really shown much interestie), I have heard nothing but good things about.

As far as I know the last 2 matches on the Saturday and the last game on the Sunday are live.

Ok, so what's up with the Saints boy wonder this season?
I watched Boots 'n' All from last week where he had 4 tries and they said that he still isn't on last seasons form.
Can't remember this guys name now, but dan i'm sure you'll know who i'm talking about.
So i have 2 questions.

1) What happened for him to not be up to his standards last season?
2) How good is this guy if he can score 4 matches and have the pundits say, "He's still not found the form of last season."

Paul Wellens. I'd like to know which Paul Wellens Boots and All have been watching because he's been every bit as good as he has been for the past 4 years this season.

2 players, other than Wellens that have been standing out for me as i watch the Boots 'n' All series, are:

Roby (sp?) the St. Helens guy
and
Keith Senior

WHenever i watch the highlights these guys are prominent names appearing over and over again.
Roby is magnificent in attack, he looks so dangerous whenever he's with the ball.
And that Keith Senior guy looks one hard *******. Putting in great huge hits in defence and he's no slouch eaither, he looked quite pacey whilst breaking for a try.

Could you give me some background info on these two guys.
Have they been on the scene long? Are they prominent players always making an impact or is that just the highlights fooling me?

James Roby is the hottest talent in English rugby league at the moment (and I think the world, as do many, but that's not allowed because he isn't Australian). He's a dynamic, all action hooker who comes off the bench for Saints to devastating effect. He's quick, deceptively strong and a menace at the play of the ball. Very exciting player.

As for Senior... Senior has been a brilliant centre for roughly ten years now and he is giant for Leeds. Respected by the Australians, which is apparantly what you need to be accepted.

Wooo 5 of my 6 Teams Won on a Weekend of some great Rugby... Still don't understand bits of the game but I am a lot more knowledgable than I was before...

Best game of the weekend was without a doubt was the Leeds Rhinos against Bradford Bulls, one of the greatest finishes to the games and a great showcase for the Millenium Magic Weekend...

Bradford vs Leeds game was awesome.
Myself and Tim were jumping around grabbing each other like nutters and Leeds were only our temporary team for that game.
But it was so controversial, thrilling and over-the-top-brilliant that we got carried away.

The weekend was a spectacle.

Amzing!

I know Tim is on the same boat (not sure about Charlie) but Saints is now my Rugby League team.
Jump on the bandwagon, folks!

I'm driving the Saints bandwagon, although as my new shirt testifies, I've also taken an interest in Harlequins.

Tim, would you do me a huge favour?
Do you reckon you could make me a saints (maybe a Wellens/Roby themed) sig...with the inclusion of the RL dancers we were so fond of?

If you can't no probs.

I'll have a crack. Although I don't have any pictures of the dancers, only a video. If you can source me a photo they'll definately go in.

In saying that I've had an idea, so watch this space.

Well not this exact space. Not unless you're really bored. Although there can't be much to do after breaking the PS2. Mabye organise your porn some more.

I would probably have to say the worse game of the weekend was Huddersfield Giants Vs Wakefield Cats purely because Wakefield were just sooooooo bad....

Saturday without the doubt was the best all round day, 3 Great Games of Rugby, topped off by the teams we were all supporting that day all winning...

Sunday's saw the best game in terms of actual play and excitement. 2 Very Good sides going at each other for a top of the table clash...

Best team perfomance of the weekend would have to be Hull KR, they stuck at Hull FC and did a great job to hold and keep the lead...
