As you know Max Evans was injured during the Ospreys vs Glasgow game which puts his very slight chance of touring with the Lions out of reach.

This also means he will not be the feature of this months Edinburgh Sevens.

The SRU have instead brought in his brother, Thom Evans, and Edinburghs Ally Hogg

Are they going to merge them?

Dissapointing as he won't be fit, or have played much, in time for the Autumn Internationals. Still it's a chance for Cairns who has been playing well.

Thom could score a few in the 7's - get him the ball and he'll just run past them!

I meant 1 player goes out, but 2 come in.

And I know we have chances similar to a male stripper pulling in Saudi Arabia but fielding extra men is unlikely to get IRB sanctioned, so presumably we must be going to undergo on some sort of scientific experiment involving creating a Thom Hogg or Ally Evans
