London Irish - Leicester Tigers (25-03-2012, 15:00)

Agreed.

Here's the incident:

Tigers fans are still maintaining he did nothing wrong
, and it should've been yellow cards for both Gibson and Allinson instead.
I saw one say that he didn't knee, he just fell over, and he punched the ground by his head to scare him...

They're idiots, I find most Leicester fans to be idiots.

Thats a month ban, minimum there. Just the punches he may have got away with but its the CM Punk knee drop thats the worse. Great tackle on him at the end though

The annoying thing with him probably getting a short ban is that he limped off with a knee injury in that match, so would probably be out for a couple of games anyway.

1 game ban. 1 sodding game.

What is the bloody point of citing him and then effectivley letting him off. Bloody RFU and their bias towards their top clubs and their top players. It's a feckin joke.

This and the whole Henson thing has really hacked me off

That's the first I've properly seen of it:
With every game he plays, Youngs is mutating more and more into Harry Ellis. Shame really, he started out looking like a good player.

Him and Tigers deserve each other.

Riiiight

Can sympathise with them asking where's the punishment for Gibson and Allinson, but holding players after the ruck and choking players are rarely yellows, so there we go.

I still dream of a system where Gibson would have been banned by the citing committee as well though.
