Premiership 24/25 - Round 12

Disappointed, thought it might be close, but just not clinical enough, too many mistakes, too narrow, etc... Looked tired in the 2nd half. Credit where due, Quins were constantly probing, using the full length of the pitch.

Will make a tough run in for the play offs now, although surely a toss up between Bath/Bristol as to who will win the ***le.

Yes, I'm a Chiefs fan, but the stars do seem to be aligning again...
Maybe … this league is so competitive though. It really depends upon who puts together a run of decent performances.

We have Bath (A), Sale (H), Tigers (A), Gloucester (H), Exeter (H), Bristol (A).

With the exception of Exeter, the other 5 are the current top 6 (with us) and the current top 3 away from home. That's about as hard a run-in as you can get … if we make the play offs it will be well deserved.

I think we need to win all of our home games, win 1 more away game (most likely Tigers) and pick up BPs in the other away games. A tall order but not impossible.

It would very much help if Marcus comes back in with the mindset that he has a point to prove and possible place on the Lions tour.

Fasogbon seems to set up way higher than even his loosehead and hooker, at the scrum - he's 6ft4 and that's at least 2 inches taller than any international tighthead I could be bothered to quickly Google, wonder if it could be a hindrance at the highest level?
It's not even competitive between him and Obano so far - on setup Fasogbon is having to angle down so much because his hips are a lot higher than the Bath front row, can't be good for a power base
