[June Tests 2018: 3rd Test] Australia vs. Ireland (23/06/2018)

Congrats to the Irish, as a Welshman I can appreciate what an achievement it is.

I do think though (& have thought for a while) that the Irish D strays off side (outside in particular) and seems to avoid being pinged more often than not. It results in pushing the opponents attacking line deeper and deeper and therefore having to make more and more metres just to beak the gain line. Still if you can get away with it, you can't blame them.

I think this is a problem in world rugby in general.

Good to get the win but we were disappointing in the second half. Felt we kind of handed them the initiative. Series win in the SH is no joke though.

Lynagh is correct on Sky Sports....Cheikas constant moaning and *****ing about every decision filters down to his team. There's no accountability with them.

Ad much as I'd love to say it's Munster now or even Leinster it's 100%Scarlets here. Leinster discarded him and he fought his way back in to pro ranks

Terrific player and will be interesting to see how he goes at Munster. Such a versatile forward, will also be interesting to see if the Scarlets performance is affected. With Byrne, if the Scarlets were without anyone at Lock, either flank or even 8, Pivac knew that he could just slot Byrne in there and the side would not dip. Also the fact that during his spell in Wales, he wasn't playing internationally and therefore was always available.

How many times have you beat the All Blacks in your history? oh thats right once! and not a full strength All blacks either - how many world cups have you won? - can you stop the All Blacks winning 3 world cups in a row?
Of course they can, the all blacks are terrible.
Probably 8th in the world, Maybe 9th

Whoever said this was an incredibly even series got it spot on
Aggregate scores are 55 - 55

Come back when you actually beat the All Blacks more than once in the entire history of rugby played. Until that day you will never be better than 2nd best in the world at best.
