Jimmy Cowan signs for Gloucester

Excellent! Gloucester are pretty desperate for someone to shout at the team/ref. Is Cowan more of a physical or nippy scrumhalf? What's his distribution like?


Good chance of breaking the top 4, but I don't think we've assembled a team that can win it. Morgan provides us with a much needed ball carrier in the forwards, now I just hope we've got the athleticism to release the ball fast enough to the backline. I think a lot rests on how Kalamafoni steps up, but it would be amazing if we could get a decent lock in, and I'd feel a lot more confident. Some back-up props wouldn't go amiss too.

I can actually see Jimmy doing really well in the rest of super rugby, think after a bit of a shock with smith showing him up he has started to make the most of being part of a team.

good servant of them game and rugby in the south, when he wasn't allowed to play for southland (offically with the AB's) he was more often than not seen carrying the water bottles for southland.....or maybe he just ****** the coach off and was benched!
