It deserves its own, but... 100 days before?
Yeah, I like it.
Potentially it would be the most entertaining pool match... but it's a RWC match, so I think Ireland will try to slow down a bit the pace, keeping the game to their basis (possession and territory), looking for a narrow win but more expensive in terms of fatigue.
What Australia's gonna do?
This is a real doubt.
I think they'll try to make their own game, spinning the ball wide, and trying to change some runs and angles, because Ireland has the most beautiful (and effective) slide-defence in world rugby. You beat Ireland if you make them move and cut straight, not just spreading the ball open wide.
Who's gonna win?
Who knows...
I support Italy, so, assuming Australia's gonna beat us
, I hope for a narrow irish win, to have a real showdown in Italy vs. Ireland
Curiously, my other preferred teams in world rugby are Australia in SH and Ireland in NH... I love Australia since Bernie era and I think Ireland have been the most balanced side in Europe (running rugby vs. conservative rugby), aside from France (I don't like'em, but I respect and fear...).
I think I'll support Australia for the final win, and Italy for their first QF
