Heineken Cup Semi-Final Draws

id be disspointed if it wasnt played in ulster windsor may not be the best ground for rugby but if ulster get through surely we have earned to play it in ulster?

Perpignan not going to San Sebastian. I know they still in Basque region but still a funny choice

Windsor's a kip and it's not big enough. I think the capacity is only 13-14 thousand. For a possible semi final, the minimum capacity must be 30,000. If there was a suitable stadium in Ulster the game would be played there. There's the small matter of Northampton to overcome first though............

i thought the minimum was like 25 windsor can be pushed to early 20 000's if i remember
24,374 according to wiki but only 13 thousand permanent ones though

casements big enough it not the prettiest

aye would be right there i suppose shame id have liked it to stay in ulster
well as long as we dont lose any support by going down to dublin

but anyways its a long shot we will ever need to use any!

Biarritz always use San Sebastien for their home 1/4 finals. It's their Thommond Park (to put it in terms you'd understand).

I'm surprised USAP haven't gone for the Nou Camp considering they won't be playing at "home" again.

Barcelona FC (or whatever the falloverball team is called) won't let them play there, from what I've heard

Ain't they playing against Montpellier in a few weeks there?

Ulster should pressure the GAA into allowing a match to be played up there..Tthere is no reason why in this day and age that sport should be used as a method of exclusion. The GAA is as much a part of Ulster as Rugby is and its about time barriers started being broken down , if there ever was a way of showing the youth that they have no reason to hate someone due to religion or through political views it is through sport...and I feel that it is the responsibility of the GAA to open their doors to the community and stop the outdated barring of Foreign games on their pitches.

Would a Heineken Cup QF draw in the crowds to get anywhere near filling Nou Camp? It's huge! Like around 100,000 capacity

Crooke Park. Semi/Quarter finals don't make much difference when the HEC knock-out stages are concerned for crowd numbers.

Ah. Never realised that it was called off. What a ******* twat Guardiola is.

The Nou camp looks like it would not be the best venue for rugby matches , with the running track there you can assume the fans would be about 40 meters from the action :/

probaly be leinster vs northamptom but either french team could beat leinster/northampton

Quarter finals next weekend. USAP - Toulon is a sell-out at the 56.000 seater Lluis Company Stadium in Barcelona, Spain.
