Can't wait. Think France win comfy
I remember you saying that with regard to the Ireland game, yet the final result (which flattered your side) proved you were wrong ;) .

I hope Razor steps in and put the back row pieces where they belong naturally, namely Finau at 6, Savea at 7 and Sititi at 8.

I would also pick Jordan at 14 and place BB at 15, with Perofeta on the bench (I don't think Sevu Reece could handle the right wing properly).

Despite what I read on this forum since July, NZ style of play under Razor is developing quite well and the best is yet to come.

L.E. This would be my pick for Saturday:

1. De Groot

2. Taylor

3. Lomax

4. S. Barrett

5. Tupou Vaa'i

6. Finau

7. Savea

8. Sititi

9. Roigard.

10. Mackenzie

11. Clarke

12. J. Barrett

13. Ioane

14. Jordan

15. B. Barrett

Reserves:

Williams

Aumua

Tosi

Tuipolotu

Lakai

Ratima

Perofeta

Yep I got it wrong. We had a bad day and France are better than us.

That game flattered no one however.

You didn't, NZ beat Ireland fair and square in the RWC 2023 as well, albeit with a stronger squad, experience wise, than Razor's.

Let's see how the game unfolds, for NZ is has become crucial it seems to have all their players on the pitch...

Ireland didn't have an off day?. That's a load of rubbish. That was the worst Irish performance since 2019/20 and any top international team would have beaten them on Friday. The RWC QF last year between the two was an epic game of the highest calibre, the game last week was very mediocre in terms of skill level.

New Zealand deserved to win on Friday but that performance would ordinarily not have been good enough to beat Ireland. I expect the ABs to be improved this weekend but they will need to be to beat France.

France to win

Edit: Both teams missing big players for this game - Penaud and Cros out for France and Cane and Telea out for the ABs. This is eerily similar to the RWC game last year with neither team being at full-strength.

you dont think Reece can play right wing....where he has played almost exclusively for his entire career?

Anyone know which team are wearing their change strip here?. Surely New Zealand will have to change kits as the away side?.
