Another Suggestion would be to edit the areas you need to complete to become part of the TRF Community, like where they pick the Country, make the first 10 or so bogus countries and if they select them, they automatically go into the Spam-bin. if they have to actually waste time in completing these froms, then they won't bother...

I'd do a block IP ban as I have isolated it (and know the domains) but cannot do so with my privileges.
